Healthy Trans
Healthy Trans is a project of NYC-based Gaines Blasdel including resources on accessing gender-related procudures and medications, including surgery FAQs, insurance information and listings of surgeons.
Family Equality
Family Equality is a national advocacy organization that fights for legal equality for LGBTQ families. This site includes a page on "Trans Family Building" with resources on fertility options for trans individuals.
Discord groups
These two discord groups provide community for trans individuals across the world. Many individuals share personal experiences around transition and additional resources.
